“Kallisti” House
In the traditional settlement of Oia, around seventy paved wide steps lead to a quiet neighborhood where the caved house is situated, restored with respect to the architectural characteristics of the village.

 
 
  The Sea Captain’s House
The Sea Captain’s House, in Greek ‘Kapetanospito’ was built by a ship-owners family from Oia and dates back to 1864. This is one of only eight homes directly on the Oia Caldera that are officially designated by the Greek Ministry of Culture as examples of traditional architecture and protected for conservation.
 
 
  Memories House
This caved house with genteel aesthetics provides the sense of comfort and familiarity. It can accommodate up to 5 people. The newly restored house has two double bedrooms and two particularly nice bathrooms. Traditional material and techniques are used to preserve the local architecture.
 
 
  House Nicoletta
A traditional two storey house located very close to the Venetian Castle, of historic value, verhanging on the peak of the cliff and offering the beauty of the unique sunset in the world, welcomes you for pleasant holidays.
 
 
  Villa Paride
Situated on the cliffs of the village of Oia it preserves the tradition of Santorini’s unique architecture. Sixty stone made steps lead to the privacy that this house offer to its guests, together with the magic view of the Caldera and the volcano of Thira.
 
 
  Villa Agis
This big house with the spectacular view and the discrete position on the cliffs of the Caldera offer scarce privacy with around 90 stone made steps which lead to it. It can accommodate up to 8 people.
 
 

 

 

 


 

 
‘White House’
It is located at the highest spot of Oia, in the peaceful neighborhood of Perivolas. Its amphitheatrically position offers panoramic view of the whole village, the caldera and the unique sunsets of Santorini. The 'White House' complex has three apartments -- ‘Aliki’, ‘Eftichia’ and 'Rini'.

‘Aliki’
The main cave house consists of a big living room, a master bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The house can accommodate up to 12 persons.

‘Eftichia’
The lower level consists of a big living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, double bed and two sofas, one of which can be used as a bed.

‘Rini’
The upper level consists of a living room, kitchen and bathroom fully equipped. A wooden loft with side and roof glass windows offers spectacular views of the moonlight during the cool summer nights.
 
    Old Oia Houses
Old Oia Houses are situated close to the Venetian Castle with magnificent sunsets. They are very close to shops, bars and restaurants. The accommodation consists of six houses. The three are studios, two of which are caves and the remaining three are caved houses.
 
    Villa Zena
A traditional two storey caved house the side of which is touching the cupola of a little church, one of the many spread over the island. Traditional materials and techniques are used, wooden floors on the ground level and wooden finishing on the ceiling, preserving thus the unique architecture of the island.
